Taking the Plunge!

Well, it's semi-official. I am almost a home owner. Well, ok, condo owner. But still, it's a pretty big jump, and I feel like I have no net!

The verbal negotiations ended Friday, and the lawyer got involved today. There should be an official contract tomorrow, and it looks as though the close will be mid August.

God has certainly had his hand on the entire process, and I am almost positive this is the direction I am supposed to head in. He has a couple more opportunities to close the door if this isn't His will, but so far they have been swinging open wide :)
